WEEK 12


Tough workout this morning. Treadmill, hot gym, sore legs, overheating, stomach issues, 1 day rest from 20 miles, but I made it! I can't wait until I have life back in my legs, only 2 more hard weeks. 2 more....



Total: 5.5 miles (speed day!)

1 mile warmup
3x 1600m, 400m RI
1 mile cool down
