Total: 20 miles @ under 10:00/mile pace
Last 20 miler in the books!!!!!! Held under a 10 minute pace, even with the cold temps and the tough wind! Most of the run I felt like I had a bunch of bricks strapped to my back and I was pulling them along as I ran. But I was determined and I got it done.
There was never a point during this run where I felt like I was on the verge of cracking. I felt that my nutrition was on point. I did start off running too quick, so I slowed down a bunch in the beginning and was able to maintain that pace throughout.
And now it's TAPER TIME!
