Marathon pace + 15 seconds
Quicker paced run. I felt great. I made time on Friday to get my legs freshened up, some deep tissue massage and graston. Saturday I took the entire day off to let the recovery work settle in. Sunday I felt fantastic. My legs felt fresh and strong! It was a great run. I'm still waiting for my favorite trail to clear up, it's still packed with snow and ice. But there is warmer weather in the forcast so hopefully but this coming weekend it will be a go ahead!!!
